台灣有水準做TQM進化？為何敢講，10 本書送給大家，超越日本的捷徑，二十年前寫的，二十年後發表品質月刊。沒有很成熟，TQM對管理學有啟示，但分散且被動，對經營啟示如何結合做出經營者期待的東西。今天將 Lean TQM 期望當 TVM 的境界。
