ISO 13053：過程改進定量方法 - 六標準差

2011 年國際標準化組織 (ISO) 發行 ISO 13053：《過程改進定量方法 - 六標準差》，為描述營運改進方法之一的「六標準差」國際標準。ISO 13053 包括兩部分，第 1 部分為 DMAIC 方法，第 2 部分為工具與技法：

• ISO 13053-2:2011, Quantitative methods in process improvement - Six Sigma - Part 2: Tools and techniques
  

六標準差方法一般包括定義 (define)、量測 (measure)、分析 (analyse)、改進 (improve)、及控制 (control) 五個階段，稱為DMAIC。
